I’m Jenifer Marquis, and for over 20 years I’ve helped educators—from K–12 classrooms to college campuses—design and deliver better instruction, especially in the online environment. I hold a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Old Dominion University and have
served as a classroom teacher, distance learning leader, and Dean of Teaching and Learning at a community college. My experience spans multiple levels of education and various roles in the teaching and learning process. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, built programs, and
designed solutions that support faculty, enhance student outcomes, and bring innovation into online and hybrid environments.
Kristi Reed

I’m Kristi Reed, an educator with a passion for making learning engaging, accessible, and meaningful through the use of instructional technology. With a background in Chemistry Education (B.S.) and Instructional Leadership (M.Ed.), I bring a unique blend of content knowledge and strategic insight to faculty support and instructional design.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside educators to create learning experiences that are innovative, inclusive, and student-centered. My work bridges the gap between pedagogy and technology—helping faculty integrate tools that enhance learning without overwhelming their workflow.
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my collaborative approach, practical solutions, and unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
